Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctors' discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment. Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in writing by post, by fax (0844 815 1347) or by calling into the surgery between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, except Thursdays (2.00 to 5.00pm). Please allow 48 hours from request to collection. Where possible, use the tear-off slip attached to your prescription to make a request or ensure you use exact drug names. Please do not telephone to ask if your prescription is ready.
